Can you believe it is November already?? I find the years are flying by now and before this one is over, I will hit a major life milestone and I don’t know if I am ready for it. But before that happens, we have new music to get through. There is a lot here, but there isn’t at the same time. Hopefully you will find something. Me, there is nothing I am really running out to get. I will listen to some, but buying is a maybe to a No for most of this. The things I might listen to sooner than later are highlighted in Blue. Let me know what you are interested in hearing or what I might have missed this week. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.
- The Afters – The Beginning & Everything After – (Fair Trade Services): The Afters are a Christian pop/rock band. I enjoy them a lot and this is just a greatest hits album so I thought I would feature it for those that don’t know anything about them, this would be a good place to start. Here is the one new track on the album.
- Metallica – And Justice for All (Remastered) – (Blackened Recordings): Do I really need to add anything to this release. If you have $180 laying around you can the complete deluxe box set of 6LPs, 11CDs and 4 DVDs as who doesn’t need the same songs repeated over and over and over in different mixes, live versions, etc…
- Tenacious D – Post-Apocalypto – (Columbia Records): Ok, maybe I will listen to this to see if they have anything new to add to the mix, but I will have to be in the mood.
- Pistol Annies – Interstate Gospel – (RCA Nashville): Anything with Miranda Lambert in it is enough for me. The country singer is one of the few things I like about today’s country music.
- Bob Dylan – More Blood, More Tracks – (Columbia Records): Well duh!!!
- Vandenberg’s Moonkings – Rugged and Unplugged – (Mascot Records)
- The Prodigy – No Tourists – (Take Me to the Hospital Limited)
- Steven Wilson – Home Invasion: In Concert at the Royal Albert Hall (Live) – (Eagle Rock Entertainment)
- Barbra Streisand – Walls – (Columbia Records)
- Dead Can Dance – Dionysus – (PIAS Recordings)
- Opeth – Garden of the Titans: Opeth Live at Red Rocks Amphitheatre – (Nuclear Blast)
- Rosanne Cash – She Remembers Everything – (Blue Note Records)
- Straight No Chaser – One Shot – (Atlantic Records)
- Imogen Heap – The Music of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child: In Four Contemporary Suites – (HP West End)
- David Archuleta – Winter in the Air – (Archie Music)
I’ll take the Dylan and Dead Can Dance please. Post to the usual address, thanks.

It is in the mail…as usual. BTW, have any of the packages ever arrived? I don’t really trust our mail carrier so I doubt it.

I’ll have to do some research and buy a live show from that Metallica box set. My daughter bought me AJFA on vinyl a few Christmas back…I’m fine with that. Just need a live show from that era and thats good enough for me. But which one? hahaha…

Since all I have is the Black Album, I am fair game for any of these releases.

I’m interested in the Dylan release, but aside from that nothing excites me.
I did pre-order the new JP Harris album, which has been out since the start of October, but wasn’t released on vinyl here until today (apparently). Should hopefully arrive this weekend!!

Glad the JP Harris is coming. I hate when you have to wait 1-3 months for the vinyl release. If they would only plan things better it would make the buying public so much happier.

That stinks to hear. I haven’t heard it yet, and now won’t rush to do so.
