Very much want that one new Ratt song, but this reissue stuff is getting ridiculous. Reissuing an album just to put out one unreleased song… that USED to be the territory of a new compilation.

I ordered the CD version. Far cheaper than vinyl. Should be here tomorrow. Look for a review when it arrives!

The Tragically Hip have released there deluxe version of the debut ‘Up To Here’ today as well. Thanks for this Sir!

I wish the Hip would reissue Day For Night. It’s easily my favourite.
As for Ratt, I have the box. I won’t be buying a new album for one song.
After last week, where I bought two boxes, my wallet is happy today. I don’t see anything that interests me. Thanks for the list!

Not a huge Hip fan, but cool they have a reissue. I hope it has extra stuff. You aren’t alone on the buying the Ratt box set and not getting this. I already had the vinyl, so I skipped the box set and went with this. Glad your wallet is getting a break.

Thanks for the update. The new Massive Wagons album came out today too and I think the first 4 songs they released are great.

I’ve got the new Mark Farner coming (home). I really want the new Ratt 7″, but I bought the Ratt vinyl box set when it came out, so I really don’t need another vinyl edition of Out of the Cellar. Maybe I’ll go for the CD. I’ll investigate the new Impellitteri and the new Inner Wish. Thanks again for the list.

Cool. I need to check out the Farner album. I get on the Ratt box set and then this. It is nuts. You wish the bands would think things through a little better on how to release things. The CD is cheap and gives you the song on the album (vinyl is only on the 7″), so a good choice. Plus you get the lenticular cover as well and a poster.

It’s hard to believe “Outta the Cellar” is 40 years old. God, I’m feeling old.

I bought a Ratt box set earlier this year that contains the first five Ratt albums. The albums are quite good, including the debut! I need to play them more, however.

Cool you got that set. I didn’t as I already had all the albums on vinyl. So this was cool to get the extra track and the lenticular cover.

Ah ok, they gave a little something for the fans on the 40th anniversary version! The set I got is more for people that want an introduction to the band. Seems like.
