Welcome to Friday New Releases and are there some huge releases this week. Man, what a good week. For me, the biggest is the new solo album from Scott Stapp who I have become a big fan of as his solo albums are phenomenal!! But that isn’t all! Not even close. We get the brand new Black Crowes album, Justin Timberlake and Kasey Musgraves albums. I have a lot of listening to do now as that is 4 releases I am dying to stream and/or buy. Billy Idol – The Cage E.P. – (BFI Records / Dark Horse Records / BMG): If you read this site regularly, then you already know this is my top choice this week. Billy Idol is back with another E.P. and after last year’s fabulous The Roadside E.P., I am excited about this one and first single “The Cage” is a promising start. Even we aren’t going to get a full album, I will gladly take an E.P. every year.
