Interesting. I don’t know that story.

Helix not available on Canadian Amazon, on release day. SHAME. Also I have seen the Canadian version and they screwed up the printing on both spines. What a joke that band has become.

See if Vollmer will let you pick up a copy at his house. You aren’t far from him right!! LOL!!

I think he spends his winter in Florida. It’s just stupid that I have to buy it from the US or from useless Rock Paper Merch.

Matt Nathanson has only been releasing on his site recently so I’ve had to buy from him and pay shipping. Don’t like it but for him I’ll do it.

I’ll let you in on a secret. There’s been a lot of talk behind the scenes about this band, and how they’ve completely lost touch. This feels like another example. One of Canada’s biggest hard rock bands doesn’t have their new album on Amazon. We feel there are people in the band who have no idea what the hell they are doing. Selling 3D printed statues of Lynda Vollmer? Who asked for that?

We are going to get ice cream how much snow are you expecting?

Somewhere between 8 and 14 inches, which is nuts for around here. Thankfully no ice this go around, I’m still haunted by 2007’s ice storm.

That is a lot. Good luck with that. I don’t think we’ve had 8 inches in the last 20 years total! LOL!!

The new Megadeth CD is arriving today, and that’s it for me. I really like the song Puppet Parade. I’m not a huge fan of thrash, but I do own all of Megadeth’s studio albums, and that chorus in Puppet Parade reminded me why I like Megadeth as much as I do. Also, I must be getting old. Well, I know I’m getting old, but I only recognized eight of the 40 artists listed in your post this time around. 🙂
