January might be about over, but the new releases still keep coming. How are we already done with the first month of the year…crazy. This week I’m getting the McAuley Schenker Group box set for my favorite years of theirs from 1987 to 1992. Can’t wait. That is it for me this week. What do you want to hear or what did we miss? Let us know! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a great weekend!!

Friday, Friday, Friday!!! It is time for new releases and we have a few…okay, more than a few. There are well over 50 releases this week so I am sure you will find something. I only have one that I’m interested in and maybe will listen to a few more over time. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a great weekend!
Smith/Kotzen – Better Days…And Nights (LIVE) – (BMG Rights): Adrian Smith and Richie Kotzen are back and this time we get live and studio albums. You get 5 previously unreleased live tracks from theirTrans-Atlantic 22 Tour plus the four studio tracks featured on their sold out ‘Better Days’ vinyl EP!
And then all the rest…
Marcus Mumford – (self-titled) – (Capitol Records / UMG)
The Devil Wears Prada – Color Decay – (Solid State Records)
Michelle Branch – The Trouble with Fever – (Audio Eagle Records / Nonesuch Records)
Ringo Starr – EP3 E.P. – (Universal Music / Roccabella)
It is Hot! Hot! Hot! I’m talking about the weather though and not the new releases. There are a bunch this week, but nothing I am “hot” over. Maybe lukewarm. My choices are highlighted in Blue. Hopefully there is something here that will get you hot and excited about. If so, let me know what it is and let me know what I may have missed on the list so other people can see. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Stay Cool!!
Adelitas Way – Shine On – (Vegas Syn / The Fuel Music): Adelitas Way isn’t an exciting rock band, but they are consistent. They have decent songs and there is always a few good songs worth grabbing and throwing in to a playlist. For that fact, I will give them a spin.
Biffy Clyro – A Celebration of Endings – (14th Floor Records / Warner Music); This band came on my radar some years back when my brother-in-law engineered one of their albums. They a pretty interesting as they don’t settle on one thing, they like to try new things. These boys from Scotland always bring something worth while to the table and here is hoping for something new and awesome to digest!
