The Dirty Honey album is really good! I’ll have to get it at some point. Trying to give Motorhead another shot, but Lemmy’s voice is um not easy to digest.

I agree, but that album is their version of Thin Lizzy with Robbo on guitar. It’s my favourite album of theirs.

Yeah, I saw your comment on Kevin’s post when he reviewed ‘Another Perfect Day.’ I mean, if you say it’s good, I’ll give it a try! I mostly want to check it out because there’s a song called “Die You Bastard!”

HAHAH I love that title so much!!!!
The voice is still going to be a problem, it’s Lemmy after all!

IT’S SUCH A GREAT SONG TITLE RIGHT?!?!
That’s true. My dad doesn’t like Lemmy’s voice either.

I guess with Lemmy’s voice it’s not a question if you like it or not, rather if you are willing to go with it. Besides, he sounds like Steve Perry when compared to most extreme metal vocalists.

Wow, never thought about that comparison. Very clever!

I haven’t given Motorhead much of a shot. I do like the Ace of Spades album, but really all I’ve heard.

Well, ‘Ace of Spades’ is their biggest album, after all. Makes sense.

Mortuary Drape are a band I keep meaning to get into but their older albums are hard to come by which kinda puts me off.

I can see that. There are a few bands I want to collect further, but I can only order them on discogs or ebay and it gets pricey.

Yeah exactly. It’s pretty off-putting.

Suffocation is my one pick-up this week, though I might also go for the Motorhead reissue.
