As we end another month, it is time to go back and see what 2 Loud 2 Old Music added to the collection. This is October 2024 and we have vinyl, CDs and even a book. So much to go through including a ton of Noble Record Exclusives and Test Pressings as well as another addition to the Rock Candy collection, the Kiss collection and 2 Box Set collections. Lots of great albums to go though and show for this month so I hope you enjoy the show!!

Happy Friday! Welcome to another week of new releases and we have over 40 for you this week including a new Greatest Hits package from Aerosmith. How’s this one different, well, it is a deluxe package so I guess that makes it different. And we also have one from The Dead Daisies. With a multitude of singers and players, the best of the bunch are gathered here for your listening pleasure. Outside of that, for me there really isn’t anything else I’m overly interested in, but I hope there is something for you with this varied batch of artists.   • 71wEDFrXRML._AC_UY436_FMwebp_QL65_  Hollywood Undead – Hotel Kalifornia – (BMG Rights Mgmt): I’m not a huge Rap fan by any means. Not something I like much. However, throw in some metal and hard rock beats and Hollywood Undead is something I really enjoy. They are now on their 8th Studio album and I am still along for the ride.
  • 91odpcia9kL._AC_UY436_FMwebp_QL65_  Collective Soul – Vibrating – (Fuzze-Flex Records): Collective Soul has been around since 1992 and 30 years later, still going strong. These local boys (well, close enough as they are from Stockbridge, GA and was from Marietta, GA) have been a favorite since the beginning and I am happy to add another album to the collection. They are on their 11th studio album and can’t wait.

Friday New Releases – January 21, 2022

  • 71VAIUZH7cL._AC_UY436_FMwebp_QL65_  Kissin’ Dynamite – Not the End of the Road – (Napalm Records): This German band is now on their seventh album and I would say these guys are on to something as they keep getting better. Their 80’s stadium rock sound full of hooks and that anthem sound yet till sound modern. I can’t wait to hear what they have to offer this time around.
  • 81JkNZFtDAL._AC_UY436_FMwebp_QL65_  John Mellencamp – Strictly A One-Eyed Jack – (Republic Records): Can you believe this is his 25th album? Insane right. I hadn’t listened to him in awhile so now I think it is time to check him out again and see if there is still life left in this pirate.
