And if that wasn’t enough, you get the re-recorded debut album from Will Hoge called Carousel…in case you missed it first time around. There are almost 50 albums this month, so hopefully there is something for you. Let me know what you want to hear or what we may have missed. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!!

Welcome back to Friday New Releases. We are already to the final week of June and although Summer is heating up, for me, the releases this week aren’t that hot. Nothing I have to have and actually, the Stryper ‘To Hell With the Amp’ is a reissue of what they released earlier this year exclusively on their site and it sold it fast (yes, I have a copy). And speaking of Michael Sweet, he also has Sunbomb which I’m not thrilled with, but will get eventually as I do with Michael’s stuff. A lot people might be in to Imagine Dragons and Camila Cabello as they have a new ones, not for me though. I might give The Fabulous Thunderbirds a listen as I didn’t realize they were still together. Let me know what you want to hear this week or what we may have missed. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.
Three weeks in and two I actually am anxious to check out this week. The year of releases is starting to pick up!! Take a look through the list and see what you can find that will break the bank. Let me know what you want to hear this week and what we may have missed. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!!
Maneskin – Rush! – (Arista Records): One of the more exciting new rock bands out there so looking forward to hearing this one. We need some good new bands!!
Heroes And Monsters – Heroes And Monsters – (Frontiers Records): Lead singer is Todd Kerns who actually is in Slash’s band and is the lead singer in Bruce Kulick’s band on the Kiss Cruises…That is all I need to hear. Sign me up for this one…
And all the rest…
Black Star Riders – Wrong Side of Paradise – (Earache Music)
Happy Friday! Welcome to a huge list of New Releases just for you. There is so much on here that I believe there is something for everyone even if there is nothing I am running out and buying. I will listen to a few when I have a chance and maybe I’ll end up getting later. Take a look and let me know what you’d like to hear or what I may have missed as it does happen. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Band of Horses – Things Are Great – (Huger Lewis & the Dudes / BMG)
Stereophonics – Oochya – (Stylus Records / Ignition Records)
Friday April 30th…the end of another month. And this week, we actually have 30 new releases for you to look over. Hopefully something in this bunch will float your boat. My boat is rocking with a couple killer releases and then my boat feels a little country too with another. My choices are in Blue. Let me know which ones you are dying to hear and which ones I might have missed as I am sure there are some despite the large number here. Thanks for stopping by each week and for all the support. I hope you all have a great and rocking weekend!!
Royal Bloods – Typhoons – (Warner Bros): This album was supposed to come out last year and I have been waiting a long while for it to finally arrive. Their last album, the 2017 “How Did We Get So Dark?”, was smashing. If you like rock with a little blues, a little garage rock sound and just plain hard, then this is for you!!
Gojira – Fortitudes – (Roadrunner Records): If Royal Blood isn’t heavy enough for you then Gojira might more up your alley. This French metal band has the goods and delivers all the time. The last album was back in 2016 and was called “Magma” and it was a lava filled volcano of rock. This should be just as good or better…yes, expectations are high!!
Only two more weeks of new releases worth mentioning before Christmas, including this one. This is one of those rare weeks where there is nothing I am really interested in and that is probably a good thing because I need to catch up on everything I have picked up over the last couple months. Wait a minute…there is now one that only announced yesterday so might be one I am interested in. Take a look through the list and see if there is anything for you. Let me know what you want to hear and what I may have missed. Hopefully something will get those ears burning! Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!!
Taylor Swift – Evermore – (Taylor Swift): SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!! Taylor announced only yesterday that she was dropping a new album today!!! That is two albums in 4 months!! Someone has been busy!!! I might check this out as the last Folklore was quite interesting and a nice departure from her normal music.
Foster the People – In the Darkest of Nights, Let the Birds Sing E.P. – (Foster the People)
