I can’t believe it is already November. The year is almost over, but the new releases aren’t yet. Stuff is still coming out just in time for Christmas. What on this list will be your Christmas wish list? Honestly, the only thing maybe I’d like to get is the Wings Deluxe set and quite possibly the Adam Ant compilation, but that is probably it. Welcome to the Friday New Release Post! We have another 30+ releases for you again this week and some scorchers on here. As hot as the Summer heat and it has been hot!! There are a couple I’ll listen to, but nothing I am running out and buying. Let me know what you want to hear this week or what albums we have missed.   • A1UFiTEfr2L._AC_UY436_FMwebp_QL65_  Panic at the Disco – Viva Las Vengeance – (Fueled by Ramen / WEA): Brendon Urie is back with his 7th album and I am sure I will be hearing a lot of this as all my girls love this guy. Yes, even my wife. I don’t mind them so I won’t be bothered by hearing at as he has some great tracks. Hoping for a few more here. My oldest daughter actually has all his albums on vinyl and I am sure she will be getting this one to…I’m sure I’ll be paying for it somehow.
  • 91OlJzVq3wL._SX522_  Five Finger Death Punch – Afterlife – (Better Noise Music): These metal men are back with more aggressive angry metal. I’m not a huge fan, but there are always a handful of songs I end up liking and I have a pretty good playlist going. Here’s hoping for a few more to add on.

Knowing that, I am confident there will be something for you to enjoy. I have a handful of releases I am excited about and they are highlighted in Blue.   • 81hL6enEcpS._SX522_  Queensryche – Operation: Mindcrime (4CD/DVD Box Set) – (Capitol Records): We getting a double treatment of goodness from Queensryche. The first is a 4CD box set celebrating my favorite concept album Operation: Mindcrime. It has the remastered album, bonus track and I believe live shows as well as a DVD with a lot of videos. I can’t wait.
  • 71D59HZ0n6S._SX522_  Queensryche – Empire (3CD/DVD Box Set) – (Capitol Records): The second is a three disc set of their masterpiece Empire. Another of my favorite albums. This is remastered with more bonus material and a live show. Everything you would want. And a DVD of the videos and such.

Friday New Releases – October 23, 2020

Another Friday of new releases and this one is jammed pack full of over 20 new albums. And these are the only the ones I chose to list. I would venture to say there should be at least one thing of interest to you in this list, if not, well…sorry. I have only 2 albums I want and one I actually already have. My choices are in Blue.   • 910I1CR8rML._SX522_  Beastie Boys – Beastie Boys Music – (Capitol Records): I am a casual Beastie Boys fan so a greatest hits album is really perfect for me. I do have License to Ill because everyone should have that one. I don’t have this on order but maybe I will put in on my Christmas List!!
  • 71V3Of3HfyL._SS500_  Smith & Myers – Volume 2 – (Atlantic Recording): The Shinedown boys of Brent Smith and Zach Myers are back with Volume 2 after only 2 weeks since Volume 1. And let me tell you, Volume 1 was great so this should be more of the same. It is usually all acoustic (with an electric thrown in every now and then) and some great covers. I think they are going to put this on vinyl so yes, another Christmas List item!!!
