Halloween is almost upon us and we’ve scared up over 80 releases for you this week. No tricks, only treats!! There are so many bands, so many genres and so many great things to hear there should be something for everyone. Friday New Releases – October 20, 2023

As we get closer to Halloween, we have over 70 more treats for you this week. No tricks. It is another huge Friday New Release day and there should be something for everyone. I have a couple I’ve pre-orded and one I’ll listen to for sure. The two pre-ordered are The Rolling Stones new one with the Atlanta Braves Exclusive cover and the other is a new Night Ranger album with a live show on CD & DVD as well. The third thing I’ll at least stream is the new Blink-182 now that the original members are back together. Outside of that, I’m sure I’ll get to Rival Sons when I can. Happy Friday the 13th!! Nothing unlucky for you this week, but we do have a scary amount of new releases with over 50 ready for your listening and purchasing pleasure. There is only one I am in to this week and it is the latest Whitesnake which is a Gold edition of The Purple Album which has demos from when David Coverdale auditioned for Deep Purple. How cool is that!! Other than that you have Crosses which will be the big one of the week probably and some old favorites with Ringo and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Friday New Releases – October 6, 2023

Hold on your hat as this week we have over 60 New Releases and I’m excited. There are couple of Box Sets I’m realy excited about with The Darkness giving us a 20th Anniversary Edition of their debut album ‘Permission to Land’ with a 5 disc set. Also, Van Halen is releases The Collection Volume II which consists of all the Sammy Hagar albums on Vinyl and a bonus LP as well. I am missing the final two albums and the bonus disc will be nice so I have that on order as well. I’m also eager to hear the new Ida Mae album and Keanu Reeves Dogstar. The end of another month has arrived and only 3 more to go this year. Crazy how time flies. One way to enjoy the time flying by is listening to new music and we have another large batch of new releases for you this week. There are almost 50 this time around. There are a handful I want to check out, don’t know if I’ll buy, but I’ll listen like KK’s Priest, Black Stone Cherry and even Red…and probably Green Day’s Dookie Deluxe Set…maybe I’ll buy that one, it looks cool. As Fall starts tomorrow and temperatures start to cool down, we bring another list of new releases and for me things have cooled down. As there have been a bunch of releases this month that I have bought so it is nice to have an off week. Sit back and relax. We have one of the biggest weeks ever with releases as there are over 70 new releases this week. WOW!! As a result, there will be no videos this week as it will be too many and slow down the load too much…sorry about that. There are a handful I’m really interested in hearing. Most obviously for me is Needtobreathe’s new one called Cave…I have the CD and Vinyl ordered for this one. The others I want to hear are Core Taylor’s second CMF album, CMF2 and Brian Sezter sounds interesting to me as well. Plus I’d like to hear Demi Lovato’s new one since Nita Strauss is on guitar. It’s Friday!! It is time for new releases and this week there is a huge one coming out. Well, a huge one for my kids as Olivia Rodrigo’s new album is out. I will be listening to this because my kids will be playing this non-stop. Another big one is Tyler Childers and I am sure the kids will be listening to that as well. Another month and another week of new releases. We have a stack of them for you this week as here in the U.S., It is Labor Day Weekend so why not celebrate with so new music. Not a ton this week which usually happens on a Holiday Weekend, but still some good stuff. There are a few I am interested in and two have been ordered. Hopefully they show up soon. They are the new Eclipse album from Erik Martensson (W.E.T.), the new H.E.A.T. album as well as Royal Blood. All I’m excited to hear.
